TERMS OF SERVICE 2025
🌹 Saturdays and Sundays I am offline and I do not work on commissions, even if I may still post on my social medias. Contact me only on weekdays, please.🌹 Beware of my timezone (GMT-3).🌹 I WON'T draw hateful imagery, minors involved in NSFW situations or zoophilia. I WILL draw mecha, furry, IRL people (with consent), OCs, canon characters, gore, horror, monsters and NSFW. If you have an idea and are unsure if I will do it, ask me!🌹 All payments will be done through PayPal invoices. PayPal may apply taxes or fees.🌹 PayPal transaction fees (6,5%) will be charged under the name "Materials" to avoid having my account banned.🌹 I'm willing to do payment plans, contact me beforehand and we can discuss it.🌹 I may take up to four (4) months to work on your commission, starting to count when the first payment is completed.🌹 There will be an extra charge added if the drawing is considered complex. This includes unconventional angles, armors, backgrounds, mech designs or even the lack of reference images. If unsure contact me first to get an estimate budget for your piece.🌹 Extra charges are detailed in the Commissions Google Form.🌹 I will deliver two (2) .png files: A character + simple solid background with watermark, and another file without watermark. Normally, I will upload commission artworks on my social medias. If you don't want me to, please let me know.🌹 After we agree on the price I will invoice you with a 50% upfront payment. Once the final sketch is approved, I will request the other 50% of the payment. Only then I will finish the lineart, colours and send the finished piece.🌹 I may decline working on your piece if I think it's beyond my ability.🌹 You can use my commission works for your personal use or upload them on your gallery (Using the watermarked file).🌹 As the artist, I have the full right to the artwork.🌹 Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.🌹 If you want to use my artwork for commercial purpose, please let me know beforehand. An extra fee will be charged (20%).🌹 Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.🌹 Commissioner may repost artwork on any other site (Except Twitter/X and Instagram, or any other website that trains AI) using ONLY the watermarked file .🌹 Commissioner must credit me at all times (with Lagunaaart) for any commissioned artwork.🌹 You may ask for update screenshots (On any of my social medias) whenever you want but you can only ask for changes during the rough sketch (Pose), clean sketch (Minor details) and base colours selection.🌹 Commission updates will be uploaded on my Commission Queue (Trello). Please refer to that site first.🌹 In case of me cancelling the commission (Due to reasons that may disable me from completing the artwork), you will get a refunded percantage based on how much I worked on your commission.🌹 Contant me before issuing a refund through PayPal.🌹 Please note that I have a certain style and will not change it or emulate another artist's style.🌹 I will not redo a commission.
