TERMS OF SERVICE
🍓 All payments will be done through PayPal. PayPal may apply taxes to the transferences.🍓 PayPal fees will be charged under the name "Materials" to avoid having my account banned.🍓 There will be an extra charge added if the drawing will require complex details such as a complex angle, armor or mech design, contact me to get an estimate budget for your piece.🍓 I will send two files to your email: One solid .png with watermark, one with a transparent background .png without watermark. Normally, I will upload commission artworks on my Social media. If you don't feel like it, please let me know.🍓 After we agree on the price, you have to send 50% upfront. I will send you the sketch, If you are satisfied with the sketch, you have to send me the other 50% of the payment. After I confirm your payment, I will continue to finish the piece as soon as possible.🍓 I may decline your order if I think that it is beyond my ability or comfort zone.🍓 You can use my commission works for your personal use or upload them on your gallery (Using the watermark file).🍓 If you want to use my artwork for commercial purpose, please note this in your mail/form.🍓 As the artist, I have the full right to the artwork.🍓 Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.🍓 Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.🍓 Commissioner may repost artwork on any other site only with credit.🍓 Commissioner must credit me at all times [Lagunaaart] for any commissioned artwork.🍓 You may ask for progress pictures (Any of my social medias) whenever you want but you can only ask for changes during the rough sketch, clean sketch and colour palette selection.🍓 In case of me cancelling the commission (due to reasons that may disable me from completing the commission), you will get a refund percantage based on how much I worked on your commission.🍓 Please note that I have a certain style and will not change it or emulate another artist's style.🍓 I will not redo a commission.LAGUNA
